Shipping & Refund Policy


Usually your order will take between 10 to 21 business days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. We aim to keep our customers happy with delivery times but have no control during busy periods (including high sales volumes). Deliveries may take a little longer during those periods. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Contact us if your order does not arrive within 90 days.
Please make sure your delivery adress is correct, because we are not responsible for any mistakes in your shipping adress.  
If you are in the process of moving, please update your new address with your local Postal service.

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that our products are being shipped from a third party there is no cancellation/refund except if your product is damaged, the delivery is incorrect or for products that will not ship to certain Countries/Regions. 
Please contact us in this case and we will reship your order or give you a refund. Satisfaction guaranteed.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.  
Please note that once you’ve placed your order, the product is automatically processed and prepared for shipping from our third party supplier. Therefore we cannot cancel or refund an order once it is processed except in the cases named above.
