Due to the fact that our products are being shipped from a third party there is no cancellation/refund except if your product is damaged, the delivery is incorrect or for products that will not ship to certain Countries/Regions.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement.
